Favorites
Section titled “Favorites”Keep your most important boards within arm’s reach by pinning them to the favorites bar. Quickly jump between core workspaces without hunting through lists or filters.
Pin Boards
Section titled “Pin Boards”- Open any board’s menu (⌘ K or click the board icon next to its title).
- Toggle Pin to favorites. The board will appear in the favorites bar at the left rail.
Drag to Reorder
Section titled “Drag to Reorder”- Grab a favorite by its drag handle (⋮⋮).
- Drag it to a new position and release.
- The sidebar reflects the new order immediately.
Remove Favorites
Section titled “Remove Favorites”- In the favorites bar, Remove a pinned board via the context menu (⌘ K or click the three dots).
- The board disappears from your favorites but remains accessible in the board list.
System Behavior
Section titled “System Behavior”The favorites bar persists across sessions. When you reconfigure your sidebar layout, your pinned favorites stay visible under the rail. Access management and sharing settings are not affected by pinning.
