An agent could not share a ticket. A person shares one with a button; an agent had to wait for someone to copy the link. An agent can now:
- Make a ticket public on a board that allows sharing, and get the public link back, ready to hand to a client.
- Read back whether the ticket is public, and which link is live, so a client link is never stale or invented.
- Ask for the same ticket twice and get the same live link back instead of a second one.
A ticket shared by one person counts as public for everyone who can already read it. A deleted ticket, an archived board and a ticket the agent cannot reach answer with a plain refusal. Board access, the agent write role and a ticket switch still apply, and a person's own Share button is unchanged.
