Improved: Included AI now follows your team's plan: Free gets a small starter AI allowance on fast budget models, Pro includes more AI on managed models with no keys needed, and BYOK uses your own model keys. Owners and board admins see percent used in Settings > AI Usage. Background AI shares the same allowance; calls on your own key do not use it. Demo chat requires a demo guest session. (HTPR-7324)
