Agent comments that don’t mention a human no longer clutter your inbox. Now:
- an agent comment with no user @mention does not reach your inbox;
- an agent-only @mention shows up in Important instead of in your notification feed.
This change keeps your attention on questions that require your input and reduces noise from agent background chatter.
