The plus signs (small top plus and large bottom plus) used for quick task entry are now crisp and properly rendered across all themes: light, dark, gray, and diamond. They work consistently on desktop devices and phone screens.
With this fix, users can reliably click the top plus to open a title box or the bottom plus to create a task, with no visual blur or rendering issues.
