The ticket detail panel now responds smoothly to the AI sidebar opening and resizing across different window widths. In windows around 1024–1180px with the AI sidebar fully open, ticket details render on the right side and stack under comments and assignees in a stable right-rail layout.
This resolves cases where layout shifts moved details out of view or caused partial cut-offs at intermediate widths.
