Instead, the shortcut immediately opens and aligns focus with the correct notification or ticket, making sound-based navigation (e.g., scanning rows while in another application) predictable and responsive.
The previous behavior would occasionally leave the wrong ticket on screen and keep the UI in a misleading state, causing confusion when users relied on visual cues alongside keyboard movement.
This change ensures that keyboard shortcuts and IME-aware navigation behave synchronously with the visible content, allowing you to swipe through the inbox quickly without losing track of which item is active.
